Went in there and bought a battery operated toy, just to find out the toy had been previously opened and a battery was left inside of it. What they don't tell you is if you have to do an exchange they make you send it in (you have to pay for the shipping) and if they THINK your return meets all of the "qualifications" then and only then will they exchange the item for you. So for example if you are spending 25 on a toy and it's defective you will have to pay an additional 10+ dollars for shipping and run the risk of not getting an exchange, meaning you're out almost 40 dollars. This company is a scam. Do not shop here unless you enjoy terrible customer service.

The products are a bit pricey, but I’d rather pay for quality...when I had a question, I was helped and not made to feel awkward. It wasn’t busy and it was very clean. The customers kept to themselves and all was good. I appreciate the discretion of the brown gift bag as well.

Of course we are talking about a company whose turnover rate is so high that you can go into the store when they open and they will probably be a different employee there by the time they close.
