I was in Spencer's Saturday with my grandchildren. It was a birthday celebration. Rachel and the entire staff were so helpful in helping us find items we wanted, guarding the backwall (they are children, LOL). Huge shot out to Rachel! We will be back and hope to see again.

To purchase a piece of body jewelry needing to replace a lost piece while visiting my sister. There was a female associate on her personal phone the entire time I was in the store. Instead of helping me herself she called a young Hispanic man( who was a fantastic associate!!), from the other side of the store to help me. Being in Customer Service myself, I observed the female associate never putting her personal phone down and doing nothing but talking in her phone and telling other associates to do things she should have been doing. Obviously when ever she was speaking with on her personal phone was more important than any of your customers needing help!! You might want to reconsider someone you employ that considers talking on her phone more important than your customers.
May 10, 2023 · Johnna GroomsI am beyond embarrassed, upset, and disappointed because my partner and I were humiliated by an fake accusation their supervisor made of us yesterday November 19th,2023 Potomac mall Woodbridge VA. I’m not sure if it was because we belong to the lgbtq group, are hispanic, or because my partner has tattoos. We walked in to make a purchase, as we were looking for what we wanted my partner’s bag fell and her things fell down as well, after she put her things back in her bag, all of the sudden their supervisor came up to her and in a affirmative tone he straight up told her that he “knew” what she had stolen and was calling the police and security department immediately. He didn’t even asked if he could take a look at what we had before proceeding to calling the police, or even checked the cameras himself. The security and police department came and asked for our identifications as if we had actually stolen. We were being watched by all of the other customers in and out the store which made us feel very embarrassed and humiliated because without having concrete proof of what that man said, we were treated horrible. After the cameras were seen, and we showed all of our belongings, it was proven that none of what that supervisor said was true, we did not receive an apology from him or the other staff, he did not show his face after that, and just said to the police officer he just didn’t want us at the store. I cannot express how horrible this was. We weren’t rude, or disrespectful in any circumstance even after the humiliation, we cooperated with everything we were asked to do.I was very upset, and uncomfortable, my partner could not stop crying for being treated so unfairly, specially for not receiving an apology for his mistake.
