Not only did I have a comfortable and safe experience, but it was also fun! Destiny truly encouraged me to embrace myself and try new things. Will definitely be coming back!

If your business practices were so great you wouldn't change employees like most people change their socks. People with good practices tend to hold on to their employees. Myself and my boyfriend went into your store yesterday around 5:20pm. We were greeted then Alyssa or Alison proceeded to follow us to the section behind the register where she continued to stare us down like we were about to steal something!! Now, I thought my boyfriend was just over exaggerating when he said he’s uncomfortable because she’s just staring at us. Until there was a white male who entered and she greeted him friendly and let him go on about his business. So, my boyfriend was like this place will not get my business!! As we left from the back pass the register to find lube sure enough Alison or what ever her name was followed us right on to the front staring until we walked out. As she sat there back at the register when we left not paying attention to the white customer in the back!! After seeing that I called and let her know that she was Rude and racially profiling us was just plain sad and disgraceful!!!!!

Bought a toy a year ago and it stopped working after less than a year with infrequent use. Bought a new toy and didn't work right out of the package, the battery compartment is cracked. I did not purchase the warranty but an item that doesn't work and is broken when opened should be able to be exchanged. High prices and cheaply made junk. One star is a one too high rating.

While you can find larger selections and cheaper prices online, this store gives you the opportunity to see the items in person before buying. Also, the staff seems very helpful and knowledgeable about the products and can give recommendations. No creepy vibes like some other adult stores. Its reasonable that with any adult items, their return policy is going to be very strict so talk to the staff and maybe do some research of your own before purchasing.
