I went to your auburn Maine location today February 19th 2025 and a young women with dark hair and grown out baby bangs I don’t recall her name but she was extremely rude and should not be able to serve customers at your store she was disrespectful and I was beyond polite to her I came to the store asking about a return policy on some jewelry that has been receiving negative reviews online and she didn’t even care to help me and was disgustingly rude through the entire interaction. Will not be returning and will be telling everyone I know to just drive to Portland instead.

Called the phone number about replacements and all they can do is tell me to email the support team like why even have a number to call if all they know how to do is read the directions to you on how to put batteries in and then tell u to email someone else. The store and they’re employees deserve 5 stars but the customer service is ehhh
