Aug 01, 2024 · Anna HerrickIf you’re looking for good quality rigs don’t come here. I bought a nice blue rimmed dab rig last night , came home and lit it twice and it cracked. Called and asked if I could exchange it for a new one since it cracked hours after purchasing it.. when it’s made to be torched on fire without breaking. The owner offered me a “great deal on my next purchase” which I can’t even get that because there is no way I’m going back for another purchase in the future. Frustrated and waited 20 minutes last night until the owner got off the cell phone clearly watching me wait patiently for assistance in getting something out of the case. Would not recommend

I got help immediately from the store worker, and everything I got was priced really well! 😁 The associate also had a very nice attitude, and he was very good at keeping conversation flowing. A fast and easy transaction, and a great selection to choose from. I definitely recommend!! 😁
