I visited the store about a week or two ago, and I had an unsettling experience with a staff member named Julia. While I understand the need for vigilance against theft, her behavior went too far; it felt as though she was following my mom and me around the store, creating a rather uncomfortable atmosphere. Additionally, I noticed that the lingerie seems to originate from the same factory as Shein, and many products appear to be sourced from Alibaba as well. Given this, I found the pricing to be quite high for what is essentially mass-produced merchandise. Moreover, several items, such as flavored lubes, seemed to be expired, and the selection of newer products was disappointing. I had genuinely hoped for a better experience here, but it seems that a complete rebranding and new management might be in order. While the other staff members were more pleasant, Julia’s behavior left a negative impression that overshadowed my visit. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING

All the products have been sitting on the shelves for probably years due to the disfigured bottles and yellow price tags. Most of the people who worked there were kind, some could not be bothered. I’ll just order online or go elsewhere where they want my business!

Staff is very nice and make you feel comfortable being there as I know some people can get shy they're first time in a place like this it can be intimidating. I know it was for me the first time but after like a minute or so of walking in store in Southington the staff was very helpful and just made you feel so comfortable.
