Went to the store in the morning in Meriden today and meet the store manager Jessica wow what a big personality and amazing person she is, great customer care and so friendly and the guy that was working with her too as well 8/29/24 time 11 am just stoped to see what product the store was caring and WOW was more impressed of their customer care and communication and so bubbling personality their have and fun. I spend sometimes with them talking. And WOW.. than I decide to go to the other amazing store in airport rd in Hartford in the evening and who I saw again Jessica again and she still was very welcoming person 10/10 but the second time. I went to amazing I brought with me someone else. The Hartford store needs more friendly people like Jessica. The guy was knowledgeable but he seem not to be care working there but please clone more Jessica. Great store manager. I need more jessica in my stores. Was nice to meet you Jessica keep the good work. YOU CAN DO IT.

Not only is it a vast selection, but they are all plastic wrapped and in new condition, the special order DVDs is a crazy bonus as well. Its also very well kept, organized and smells really good
Dec 16, 2023 · Rick DI used to shop here regularly but recently they have employed some seriously sub-par employees. I showed up at 7:15 and there was a sign in the door. The employee finally showed back up at 7:50, 10 minutes before closing. He immediately put the closed sign up when returning and locked the door. When I tried to open the door he yelled at me that he was closed and then rolled his eyes and said he'd only help me if I was paying with a card. I will never go here again as a result of this treatment. Go to VIP if you want something. Their price is higher but atleast you get decent service.
