Dec 05, 2024 · AJK 369I broke down in the parking lot of UN-DUN yesterday around 1:30 pm and needed shelter from the heat (95 deg.) till AAA arrived to tow me. Merry, the manager, was so gracious to let me stay out of the heat and use the restroom. Unfortunately, my wrecker didn't arrive for 6 hours, and I had to camp out in the store and watch the customers come and go until they closed at 6 pm. I am 70 years old and must say I haven't seen much customer service from store employees for quite some time. The younger generation doesn't seem to understand that good customer service is what keeps customers coming back. I want to say that I was extremely impressed with Merry and her staff ( Rhyane, Hannah and Norm) as they quickly and cheerfully assisted the customers who entered their business. I also watched their team work as they were re-organizing the space. They interacted in a very friendly and co-operative manner. It certainly renewed my faith in the younger generation Plus, they have quite a selection of products to shop for. All in all it was a very pleasant experience !!

Speaking from a point of view who has been coming for a few years, they also love the job and are very knowledgeable in all areas. They are always a bright light and greet with a smile as well, I love coming into Un-dun knowing the amount of effort the girls put into their job daily to make sure things are easy to find, and the vibe is easy going! Usually when I come in, it’s a drive so I’m always spending a good amount of money. I’m glad to be spending it here with such quality and variety of product :)
