We didnt want a refund, we wanted a replacement. Would not recommend this place. Told us we had to go through the manufacturer ourselves to have it replaced and didn't even offer us the information. The warranty is for replacement only so wanting to have something for the night would have meant buying another to have two of something when we only want one. Why would I buy anything else from you?
Jul 20, 2024 · M APpl are always friendly and helpful. when there was an item i found that i love i was looking for it and they didn't have any but the gentleman that was there was super nice and he offered to purchase some. The next time I went they had it... Not sure what else to say other than i usually make it a point to stop in whenever I'm in Manchester. No issues with the store or any of the people I've encountered there. They also have a tattoo shop on the other side.
