NEVER DISAPPOINTED. Every time I come here, I find exactly what I need. They offer a broad selection of attire and toys. However, upon my most recent visit - I found Cheryl. Cheryl is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Her energy is warm, welcoming, and open. On top of the perfect outfit for my occasion, I left with other goodies(per her recommendation) that enhanced my night BEYOND expectations. “Satisfied” would not even begin to describe my feelings about the products I left with. I am now addicted, and will be back for more (with Cheryl’s guidance) in the very near/perpetual future. So grateful for this establishment, and their beautifully-curated staff. I’m positive that anyone who steps-through their threshold will find it as worthwhile as I have, if not more.

Bret, Grant, and Samuel were extremely communicative and accommodating to us prior to the event, and during the event they brought tons of energy and were able to pivot against minor obstacles. We were able to do something good for our community and our state by addressing food insecurity, and it's obvious that The Pack Shack is passionate about making it happen.

She answered all of our questions to the best of her knowledge and even made some great recommendations on products in the front. Her Co worker (a white male I believe with ginger hair) was also very cool and answered questions from the male perspective. Overall great customer service and great selection. 👍🏽
