Jun 17, 2021 · Ahmed JI purchased a glass bong from them recently. Bong had a terrible design and no matter how much water I used, water would constantly go up the bong and hit my lips. Obviously the design isn’t the stores fault. I never actually used the bong, I just put clean water in to test it and immediately stopped using it. I rinsed it out with 91% isopropyl alcohol just to make it brand new again even though nothing was in it. Brought the bong the next day and the kid working the counter said I can’t return it. It was basically a brand new bong. They said they’ll tell you this policy when you purchase the bong, but I purchased it from the same cashier the day before and nothing was said to me at all.

However, today the owner refused to accept an exchange for an item I purchased earlier that same morning saying he could not do so because of Covid but in reality he just did not like me. He said a negative review will not affect his business. Any reader should take their money elsewhere :) Edit - The shop owner's verified response to this post tells any customer all they need to know.
