I bought an adult toy and was told I could get a 5$ bag or no bag since they were out of their cheaper plastic bags. I cant go around the mall carrying an adult toy so was forced to buy a 5$ bag. I believe if you are buying an adult toy you should get a free bag since this place is located in a mall with children. Could cause many issues.

All 3 staff members stopped what they were doing to help me dig through hundreds of pins to find what I was looking for. The staff was super nice and welcoming and really floored me with their customer service. For such a small purchase their efforts to help me really stood out to me and meant a lot
