This location is better then the one in DE. The staff was friendly and helpful. Bathroom was clean and stocked. My only complaint is they seem to have done away with the aisle directory they use to have. Now you have to wonder around looking for where sections are located. If you've been to a McKay's they have quickly become a better option.

The reason for the 3 stars is because they put new carpet down in there and the chemicals from it are so strong, i was getting ear pressure and dizziness. As a result, i did not stay long. Maybe i will check back in about a month after the carpet is done off gassing.
Mar 21, 2025 · adam gladDon’t do the buy back. Mint condition all used Freida McFadden collection they offered 15$ in store credit: I took them back and will make 6 x more on eBay. Should be criminal the offers they give you. Also the lady took my books and I said you recycle or donate don’t you? She like know when trash them. Our schools, Prisons, and other facilities can use this so much.

She broke items I wanted to trade in after I decided I wanted them back (mostly because GameStop offers more for trades at this rate). Oh and if you’re expecting them to let you know when your trade is done, give up. I was told that because they called me (and stated their system wasn’t working), they weren’t at fault for me not being able to get back and pick up my trade within the 10 minutes they gave me to get in. I’ve had some pretty bad experiences here (now that I’ve met the store manager, I understand why), but it’s becoming more and more apparent that the staff has little to no training and the store overall is just trying to screw people out of money.
