I've been coming here for years and the old shop too. They have a big selection of outfits and toys. The staff working there right now, 2024, is great. They asked me if I needed help or recommendations. They also helped me pick out an outfit.

As a trans girl it can be uncomfortable at times to shop for more intimate items in person. I can say without a shadow of a doubt though that this store and it's staff, at least the girl I met, are amazingly capable even when situations are a little complicated. According to my receipt I was helped by Belle, and she was absolutely wonderful and I felt incredibly comfortable. I had been planning on buying a toy online but now I'm so glad I came into the store. I had forgotten so many details about buying and using toys safely so I'd say it's worth the stop even if you're dead set on buying online. Their experience is valuable and it's amazing how knowledgeable about everything they sell she was. If you're feeling embarrassed or unsure if going in person is worth it stop here and just go on in! It's worth your time.

I’ve wrote a review on Yelp and wanted to write one here too. Today was my first time here as an out of state entertainer and will be my last. The customer service is nonexistent and the attitudes of the employees should be unacceptable but after seeing the responses on bad reviews from the “owner”, I understand why they behave that way. It’s allowed. Businesses like this don’t last very long.

Customer service is appalling. The employees are beyond rude. The manager should be addressing this, but clearly from the multiple bad reviews on Google, it isn’t being addressed properly. Employees shouldn’t be acting as if they’re miserable and the customer is an inconvenience. Keep driving and find another shop. You’ve been warned.

Really disappointed in the customer experience I had coming into the store after feeling like I got a defective product. The two young ladies that helped me the evening before were absolutely delightful, knowledgeable, and helpful. When I came in the next day expecting someone to help me navigate if maybe there was just something wrong with the product, I was met by this new woman with short blonde hair condescendingly explained to me how to turn on the product as if it was my first rodeo and continue to point to the sign that all sales are final with a scathing look. Even the same nice young girl that helped me the night before seemed absolutely paralyzed to speak up or step in the help. I completely understand the all sales are final and wasn’t even looking for money back, but the correct way to handle that situation would have been to just kindly say “i’m so sorry you’re having trouble with the product, you do have a 2 year warranty and should contact the company so they can replace it. I just unfortunately can’t take the product back here in the store or exchange it because it’s been opened”. Had it been handled with a solution rather than the absolute horrific attitude I received, I would be coming back here. I’ll order my things elsewhere online from now on. Such a shame that one woman can ruin an entire experience and should not be customer facing.
