I had a truly disappointing experience at Saints and Sinners that I wish I could forget. I visited hoping for a fun night out, but the service was abysmal. The atmosphere felt chaotic and unwelcoming. The events here rarely draw a crowd, often filled with an older demographic, which makes for a dull experience as variety is the spice of life. The staff, particularly at this location, were rude and seemed annoyed by any questions or requests. If looks could kill, I would have left the place in a coffin. To add to the disappointment, the pool has been out of order for two seasons now. It’s a wasted opportunity for the location and those who work here. The tables nor bedsheets were not properly cleaned, adding to the overall unsanitary vibe. When we raised our concerns, the staff was indifferent and dismissive. I left feeling frustrated and unsatisfied. I had high hopes for a great night, but Saints and Sinners fell short on every level, every time. I won’t be returning, and I can’t recommend it to anyone.

Oct 20, 2024 · Jenny LuWebsite advertises all types of play rooms available (private, semi-private, and open) there is only one “private” room with a door and it doesn’t lock. Main dance area looks recently renovated but the semi private rooms give frat house vibes (some had dirty plastic covers on if you lifted the sheets and no mattress protectors ) and some of them are right in front of restrooms which was distracting (can’t speak to their paid hotel rooms these are just the ones available during the party) . Website also says no cameras or photography but there was also some sort of live stream recording of the stage/dance floor being broadcasted and it was unclear what was being done with that footage so we stayed away of that area. We went to one Philly party on a Wednesday last year and that location was very nice so this was a complete shock.

Our group frequents the NE Philly club often. Been to this AC club a few times before. Was looking forward to another great there, but it was not to be. :(

Nov 08, 2022 · Jason “Jay” MathisWent for their Halloween party and was kinda disappointed. Only one bar area was open and it was in the dance club area full of people, which made getting a drink difficult. No one gave us a tour of the club and had to figure out the confusing floorplan.
