Mar 29, 2021 · Brittney StevensI placed an order pickup and I don’t get an order number or email. When I Went to pick up my item they said coke back in 2 hours. I call to see if my item what’s ready and they said no and that there’s a hold on my money but I can’t get the item I have to buy it again. Then they said wait 5 days for my money back. This is so weird and unbelievable.

There are some risque items as well, but they're located at the back end of the store; just don't take the kids down that end. The employees are very friendly and very helpful when needed.
Sep 20, 2018 · Ismael RodriguezOk so my friend and I both work at BK down the street from the Cumberland mall. Yesterday we both got off at 7pm so we decided to hangout at the mall after work. We both went home to change. After driving back to the mall it was about 7:45-8:00. We both decided to go to Spencer's and look around. As we walked in we saw two women, one was sitting down and the other a heavy set woman was talking to the other while at the counter. The woman sitting down was very kind while the other was rude and kept talking about my friend behind his back right in front of me. The woman who was sitting down was kind enough to apologise for her rude co-worker who I hope gets a firm talking to after all my friend didn't even know her and she was still extremely rude. If I go back into Spencer's and that rude women is working I am leaving, she puts out to much negativity and someone needs to find out what her problem is. I talked too three of my other friends and they have been treated this way by her also. I would like to thank the other woman who kindly helped my friend and i and I am also sorry you work with a complete jerk.
Dec 30, 2016 · CopyKat MotoDefinitely a way different spencers than what I've been to. (I've been to about 50 different locations.) This spencers is more of a hippie vibe instead of a raver type vibe. It's definitely one in 50 spencers I've been to.
