Oh My Sensuality Shop

Walked in without a mask; told person at counter I apologize and don't have one. They peristed in telling me to use my own if I have one, I had to let them know twice that I didn't; very awkward interactioninitially. Brushed it off and tried to be friendly. Asked how much something was for sale; as I saw no price tag on it. She very bluntly told Mr it's not for sale; as if I were supposed to know. So I left the store as I felt very unwelcome in their space, and got a rude "BYE!" when I left without saying anything; since I felt uncomfortable. Maybe they wee having a bad day or something, but I had high hopes for this store and was exited to check it out; but this person was very unfriendly and did not have good energy. Good products in the store... bad energy; lost my business.

By far the best intimacy shop I've every visited. I went to college a town over and my friends and I would visit a few weekends every semester to stock up on essentials. The staff are extremely knowledgable and kind! I also really appreciate that they are very trans friendly and the language used on a lot of their packaging is neutral and not gendered. The aesthetic of the shop is very pleasant and it doesn't feel gross or sleazy like a lot of big brand shops do. When I was back in Mass this October, I made sure to stop in and buy some new toys. Will definitely be back when I find myself in Northampton again!

I was looking for njoy products and found them at Oh My in Northampton. The staff was super helpful and friendly. I was really impressed by other products I found there and the lingerie and other clothing was super sexy! I’ll definitely be going back!

I’ve been to shops all over this country and a couple others. The woman that was in this store, was by far the nastiest attendant I’ve ever encountered! Was not helpful and was snottie and downright rude when I enquired about a particular selection of MANS products. Had over $100.00 worth of merchandise I WAS going to purchase. Wouldn’t ever give her a wooden nickel!

Oh My is the only place I can go in the Pioneer Valley to get sex toys and supplies where I know I'll be purchasing safe, reputable and well-researched products. The staff is friendly and welcoming and always has answers to my questions, the space is comfortable and open, and their selection is well-curated so I know I'll be walking away with quality sexy-time goods. I love knowing that I have a sex-positive place in town to not only buy a vibrator or some lube or a book, but to talk to similarly-minded folk who know their stuff about sex and are just as committed to my mission toward sensational sex as I am.
