Lish immediately put me at ease with a natural, no-big-deal, it's-OK, nonchalant greeting that I found reassuring. Lish was knowledgeable, available, approachable, and friendly. I was grateful and decided I would return. In fact, I already have and received the same positive experience.
Jan 27, 2025 · Jeffrey CadowI went the first week of October and apparently they changed their policy so they no longer accept loyalty stamp cards for discounts on purchases. I had two full stamp cards worth $10 each. (For every $10 spent you get a stamp, and if you fill up a stamp card you get $10 off) This was frustrating as I did not receive any emails notifying the last day to redeem the stamp cards was a month ago. It was also not posted on their website. Now they are using a rewards card instead. They had a sign by the register that said signing up for a rewards card would automatically get you 50 points. I asked the cashier about this and they laughed and said I was the first person to notice, it must be something that was being done at other locations but not the Brookline location. I honestly think if you have it on a sign displayed in your store you need to honor it. The customer service was just so poor I won’t be coming back here.
