AMAZING Intimate Essentials

Omg omg omg!! I’m not sure if this is the only Novelty shop in town or not but I am just visiting and whether it is or it isn’t, this is the number one place to go for all your needs. Alex has such amazing customer service. This girl was on it. Shes is literally my spirit human. Whenever I visit again I will definitely be coming back here. She did things for me that were probably outside of her scope of practice. Everything from beginning to end was seamless. If you’re ever in town or are local, please support this business and give a shout out to Alex for me.

I’ve been to other amazing branches, the closest location to where I reside is the medford location. It just so happened it was late night and the Medford location had just closed so I rushed over to west Roxbury (this was my first time at the west Roxbury location) I was greeted by Collin the store associate and let me just say he made my experience absolutely amazing !!!!!!!!! He was so kind and helpful and extremely humorous. Usually I feel a little embarrassed to ask questions at stores such as this one but it’s like he could read my mind and just knew all the right things to say to make me feel so comfortable we talked as if we knew each other for years. I learned a lot and he helped find the right products for my partner and I, he gave such great advice. I felt safe and not judged and I really appreciate him taking the time to assist my partner and I and for being so extremely patient with us and our 100000 questions and indecisiveness. Needless to say I will be driving all the way to the west Roxbury location when in need of new products. Thank you again Collin!!!!!💜💜💜

Store has a wide range of options, well arranged and presented nicely but the sales person was not helpful. First she Didn’t acknowledge our presence and I was fine with it. she stayed behind in the room playing with her phone and I went to the counter to get her to come so I can ask her some questions. she was not helpful and she did mention that she is new. I understand the challenge of being new but not being interested to build some knowledge around the products you have in display all the time is just lazy. If you know what you want this store is great but if you need some guidance, suggestions, compare between products before buying something ( especially if you are paying $+100) you would like to get some support or at least an attempt and that is not HERE.

Alexandra was exceptionally informative and overly helpful and probably one of the nicest people I've run into in a long time we'll be coming back for a long time
