Feb 16, 2025 · AmberShopped here on 5/20 to find a water pipe for concentrate. The young lady with the purple hair helped us and I can't praise her enough. She gave us advice, compared pieces with us and showed us all the gadgets and cleaning supplies that we might need. She was also really nice and patiently answered all of our questions. Highly recommend this shop and HUGE thanks to the lady that helped us.
May 21, 2024 · AlWent in trying to buy a water tower, mind you I have spent thousands of dollars in this place over the years. And I am a vip customer but the manager( a lady of color) wouldn't even let me touch the piece I was trying to buy. How do you expect to sell items if you can't touch them? I have more credit in the store then the price of the item. So I refused to buy the other items and will no longer be buying from them. As well, I will be telling all of my friends and family. Unfortunately her attitude wasn't even customer friendly. Figured I would go back since they just reopened. By the service I was given, this place will close again shortly. I would avoid this place like the plague...
Feb 27, 2024 · John BouderI was threatened by an employee because he made a mistake and although I called ahead was proactive cause I ordered it online to pick up at camp Hill store. So we called the order was made with my mom's credit card ,then we called the store and a asked what I needed to pick up my mom's order she made it clear I was coming to get it and they told us just say her name when I get there. She even repeated it and he said that's all u need. So when I got there with the confirmation emails on my phone with my ID and the credit card used and I was told I can't pick it up. They said I was supposed to bring my mom's ID in when I picked it up I explained we just called and was told to come get. I was treated like I did something wrong was told to leave there store without resolving anything and was threatened to go outside and do something about it by one of the employees. I'm disabled and felt very uncomfortable. My mom called and finally they gave me what we paid for and then was kicked out of there store. I won't shoo there again you can make your own decisions on that.
