This is my SECOND time wasting my time and energy to come up the highway when this store is SUPPOSED to be open smh. Of course they鈥檙e not. Beyond unprofessional. A sign on the door saying sorry they will be open at 6pm. It鈥檚 15 minutes past 6 and still NOTHING. I should鈥檝e known better trying to stop at this location while on a time schedule. Never again. Thank God there鈥檚 another store Bendover two lights down and it鈥檚 actually open during business hours so save your time and go there.
Mar 24, 2024 路 Tally TomI bought a kink lab electro wand accessory kit and when I got it home to use with my kink lab wand 3 of the pieces had cracks in them and the other 5 pieces barely worked. When I contacted the warranty department in California I was told that that kit had been discontinued for quite some time and they couldn鈥檛 warranty it. So now I鈥檓 out 70$. I have always had good quality products from this shop but this one item was an absolute waste of money. Now I have to spend more money for an item that should have been taken of the shelf. I will continue to purchase items from Desires but will be more careful about checking if things work before I purchase them. 馃ゲ馃ゲ馃ゲ
