On my last visit to Pittsburgh, I decided to stop in and check out the store. I was immediately greeted by Sonja. She made me feel comfortable, and answered all my questions. She made some great recommendations. By the time she was done, I didn't realize I had spent almost $200. But it was money well spent. Thanks Sonja. I’ll be sure to come back next time I’m home.

My husband and I stopped in while in town, we were immediately greeted with a smile and a warm welcome from Sonya. She was more than happy to help us out and answered all our questions! She even took some time to chat with us after we had checked out. Such a lovely experience! Pricing is affordable and beyond fair for the quality of products. As most adult shops are- NO returns on ANY items; it’s a risk you must be willing to take upon entering the store and purchasing.

I like this location and Sonya is great! It’s nice to see they have started carrying Rush but wish they would expand their selection of poppers. The selection of toys is very vanilla in nature, since the closing of Outer Skin in Munhall there is no store locally carrying hardcore toys. It would also be nice to see more items tailored for Gay men.

Well I know a time prior I had bad customer service, and I just recently went back and met Sonja. She was very helpful for me and my girlfriend with picking out some stuff we wanted. She was very kind, awesome, and she had gave us more knowledge of different toys that was there. If you ever come here, especially on a Wednesday, come see her.

I came in with my partner to look around and both Sonya and Amelia were super helpful and friendly! They had lots of great suggestions and feedback for the various toys (as well as engaging in our ridiculous banter) and helped me pick out some dance routine outfits as well! Very judgement-free zone and relaxing atmosphere, I'll definitely be back for my next pair of heels!
