I got refused service because I used the wrong terminology and instead of somebody just explaining it to me she literally just refused my service. And when I asked to speak to a higher up she refused to give me any information. Worst customer service ever today.

Just “we require a mask to be in the store” regardless if the mandate was lifted months ago, if your going to require something you need to supply it. Over all needs better customer service and offer the thing your requiring.

I really wonder how they even make money really bad attitude and not even worth my time to go back and get a mask in the car. Good luck with your experience cause mine was ruined the second I walked In. To bad cause I was hoping to find something fun for my fiancé and I, I’ll just buy online instead of supporting this local business.

People at the door just waiting to help you find what you're looking for and they're so helpful, there's things I've never even heard of that they showed me. Range of everything from casual to extreme fetish. They take anything out of the box to show, and they have batteries to make sure toys work. Prices from average to high depending on what you're looking for. Some reviews say customer service is bad but that is absolutely not the case. They're very friendly and also know when to give you space to look for yourself. Felt very comfortable, the lady that helped me knew A LOT
