Much better than the Manchester store where they inspect (judge) everything you’re trying to buy for a few seconds before scanning it and want to see practically every card in your wallet. Feels like you’re being interrogated by the FBI.
Dec 12, 2022 · The EowDo NOT shop at VIP in CT unless you want to be disappointed... I bought a pair of $100 boots at VIP. They disintegrated after the first time I wore them. The manager of the store told me she couldn't do anything about it, to email the owner. So I did. And she never even replied to my email. Very bad customer service and worse products. Cheap clothing, toys that break, and shoes that look like trash after wearing them for one hour. Beware!!!
