Ive been to this store multiple times and every time I go it's just an uncomfortable visit. The staff are constantly rude, unwelcoming, and give off an attitude that makes it clear they do not want certain customers there, especially younger women. I understand ID policies but being 25 and getting ID'd every time while other customers walk in without an issue is ridiculous, considering I believe it is 18+. It feels less like a rule and more like an excuse to be condescending. If the staff put half as much effort into good customer service as they do into side eyeing people this place might actually be enjoyable to shop at.

Feb 14, 2025 · Snooze Ya LooseOVERPRICED PRODUCT - RUDE STAFF Went in to buy a gag gift. Found a pink bar of soap, imprinted with the word "Gay Bar". It was the last one they had. The tag hanging above the item clearly said $9.99 with the description Gay Bar Soap. The item scanned for $15.99. They refused to honor the tag price and were rude during their interaction with me. $15.99 for a bar of soap is insane. I didn't buy it. They did me a favor. I found it online for $5.99 I also noted, while walking around the store, many items looked dated, with damaged packaging held closed with tape. Not very appealing.
Nov 27, 2024 · Paul HI spent a lot of money at this store. You would think that they would put it in a nicer bag or something. Like Victoria Secret.
Oct 11, 2024 · Debby MarascoWent in a few days ago.. very clean and bright, was welcome by the workers. They didn’t ask for ID, I walked to the back and saw someone with curly dark hair sitting on her phone, she didn’t even look up or ask if I needed help. Some boxes are so old they’re yellow and looked dirty. Several boxes are only held together by tape and looked used... I asked someone about shoes and a worker told me not to buy them cause they would fall apart first wear and were too expensive. Everything is just overpriced and outdated and the aisles were hard to navigate..
May 30, 2023 · Jerry GhostFirst and foremost, me and my friends bags were taken at the front entrance. No big deal they don't want people stealing. It's another thing where you have the music loud enough that I wouldn't even be able to whisper to the person next to me and had to speak in my regular voice. Explains me how I was told that I had to keep my voice down in the store that would not require that. Is this a library all of a sudden? It is a shame because the store is well stocked and clean but I did not feel welcomed at all. I also felt as though I was continuously getting stared down and looked at me like I was going to steal. If that is the case then maybe put security tags on your products. Staring down and making minority women feel uncomfortable in a store that goes entirely against that makes zero sense. Would not ever give this location my business and not one should. They definetely racially profile people.
