BUYER BEWARE., READ REVIEWS BEFORE BUYING. I wish I had. The store is temporarily close and perhaps it should stay closed. After perusing the existing reviews I am not at all surprised by my recent experience. Cancelled order with no notice or reason, and I wasn't refunded my full amount of money (!!!). I have no idea why. I was about $50 USD short. After finally emailing THREE separate times, I got a refund for the remaining amount on my credit card. Still never received any sort of email back about anything. Avoid this store.

The store is filled with love and lovely toys making the kids have fun and thinking themself. Ive got wood toy, with 5 seasonal trees. They are so pretty and decorate my window more lovely.

Shop still owes over $600 refunds for damaged items returned to them. Items were shipped back using their labels. Tracking showed they were delivered to address over a month ago. No refund was issued to this day, and shop didn’t respond to any messages. I filed credit card claim but this is outrageous predatory business practice. It was very difficult dealing with the shop during the return process - unresponsive and somewhat hostile. They have good sales but beware if anything purchased is defective or damaged. Response to the shop’s comment: You know very well why this comment was posted. The supposed chargeback shown on your account was due to the credit card claim I filed. You have never actually “issued” any refund to me, in which case an amount would be posted on the Shop APP for that order and shown in my credit card statement as an actual reduction. Currently the credit card dispute is still open with a note “merchant hasn’t responded”. No, you didn’t issue any refund you just didn’t respond to the credit card dispute so there’s a temporary chargeback. No, I never received any messages or emails back from you to any of my follow-ups. The first item was deliver on 8/10, second on 8/26 and it’s 9/21 today. I don’t leave any bad review but this is outrageous. Please issue an actual refund through the Shop App. You can then show that evidence to your bank to close the claim.

Lovely lovely store! They had such a wide range of products, especially products that I've seen online but have never been able to find in person. The owner clearly understands the chaos of shopping with children because there is a wonderful play area located in the back of the store with so many amazing options for kids of all ages. A really smart move that is appreciated by this parent!

The best toy store I’ve ever been to! They have wide range of toys for mindful development and joy. Plenty of toys are wooden and quality is surprisingly good, you can find cars, dolls, sets for pretend play and open-ended toys like “stones” or cubes of different kinds. They have play area in the middle of the store, where kids can play, while you’re looking for perfect toy to buy for your little ones! ☺️ Play area includes kitchen, ice cream cart, cubes and magnetic tiles as well as amazing “train and truck” set that my daughter loved way much than something else! Stuff is very kind and it makes your visit a true pleasure. Definitely will be back and ordering online!
