Jun 25, 2018 · A LWas in the store for about 10 minutes, there were 3 or 4 employees just standing around with their arms crossed. They never acknowledged my wife and I were in the store. Theu seemed more interested in talking to each other than trying to help the customers.
Jul 21, 2017 · Clayton CarterWent to buy piercings for my friend for her birthday, and since they’re all locked up, I had to ask an employee for assistance. I asked a male employee there, who actually didn’t even acknowledge me or my boyfriend when we walked in. I walked up to the counter, and all I could get out was, “Hello, could i get-“ before he very rudely interrupted me by saying, “whatever, be right there”. He then proceed to have a very negative attitude towards me while ringing me up. Never shopping there again.

I told her I wasn't interested: If you're going to try and get someone's email, at least be somewhat polite about it. My friend was at the other counter paying and another lady did the same thing to him. It was annoying and rude. Spencer's should rethink their tactics for getting people to join their email list besides trying to manipulate and pressure their customers into giving it.

Prices are ridiculous as well. Which the store staff isn’t in charge of, but the attitudes they are in charge off.
