Feb 02, 2025 · Michele PattersonI recently visited She Bop and had a disappointing experience. The store was very disorganized, with items scattered on the floor and shelves. Additionally, the customer service was lacking; I waited for over 20 minutes to get assistance, and when I finally did, the staff member was rude and unhelpful. I also purchased a product that turned out to be defective. When I returned to exchange it, I was met with resistance and an uncooperative attitude from the owner. While I understand that every business can have off days, this experience has made me hesitant to shop at here again. As a long time customer, I hope the owner takes these issues seriously and implements better training for their staff and improves store organization. Until then I won’t be back.
Jul 30, 2024 · T.C.O.Absolutely adore this place! The two folks working last time I was there were Mar and Nissa. They were awesome, kind, knowledgeable and upbeat! There is such a warm, welcoming and joyful vibe to this place. Highly recommend for all ages, genders and orientations!
