Worst company to deal with. I placed an order over two weeks ago and I have not received it. By looking at the tracking it is easy to tell the order was lost in transit in Orlando, FL for more than a week. Customer service is non existant and unwilling to help. They keep giving me the run around. Charging $9.99 for shipping - With that shipping charge merchant can use USPS priority mail flat rate and deliver in 2 to 3 days. They chose a mediocre shipping service and now I'm without the order and money.
