So far, we've been helped by Alannah once and Alexis twice when we had questions or needed some direction and they've been endlessly helpful.

Not that it’ll do much good but it should be known: they are notorious for marking up cheap items to an extremely high number. the exact same items you can find online or Amazon are marked up sometimes 5x the normal price if not more. I understand how important it is to support small businesses but these mark ups are taking advantage of us as the customers and is just one bit disrespectful slap in the face. I know they need to make a profit but again, it’s an absurd amount that they overcharge. Disappointing. Won’t be giving this place business anymore
