They have a decent selection which is the only reason I am giving 2 stars instead of 1. However, the second picked out multiple items the owner rudely yelled out, "We don't do try on". It would have been nice to be able to try things on and I honestly still would have purchased multiple items even without having tried them on if it weren't for such a horrible first impression. On top of the "no try on" policy they offer no refunds, only exchange. I was so turned off by the place that I left empty handed.

With that said they are extremely helpful and knowledgeable about there products. I can always find what I'm looking for. Downfall is prepared to want everything so bring your $$$...lol... They have plus size as well and a wide variety of high quality nylons.

Unfortunately i wasnt able to buy my chick anything or even browse through the product because the girls who work there literally followed me around everywhere in that place ! Like if your going to steal something ! They were like 3ft away from me and awkwardly starring the whole time... i dont know what it was all about, but It was really rude ! I tried to look around, but i ended up leaving after 10 minutes of uncomfortable silence ! That place needs new staff for sure ! It was super weak experience !

Also on Pleaser website you get better style and design for your money. The lady at Romance has basic $60 shoes costing $100 plus tax at her store. I don't recommend her store unless you have no other option (i had no other option at the time). If you have no other option, be prepared to spend between $75-$100 bucks on a simple plain colored shoe, no designs. The shoes also broke after one day of wearing them. They cost me $85

Also, the couple who own the place are just intrusive and when shopping for such intimate items the last thing a person wants is to feel uncomfortable. They watch customers following them around until you just want to leave without buying anything
