Pleasure Zone and Kitty’s Korner

Loved this place. I'm out of state and this was my first experience at this store. The girl at the front was very nice and polite when I told her that I'm here first time and wanted to see things including the video rooms. The store is nicely stocked and has a great variety of toys for guys and gals, videos of all kinds. I asked about the video rooms and she was very nice and explained how it works. Some rooms video did not work, but I managed to find one that did and someone offered a hand 😀 😄 it was fun! I enjoyed the experience, definitely will come back when I come back to the area. I wish the videos were more modern and more booths that worked. I dont understand why some reviews are so negative. I was treated with respect and felt comfortable there

So disappointing when establishment lock the doors early. This establishment is currently listed as closing at 12am but I arrive at 11:45pm and arrive with the doors locked. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

I’m typing this review because I had a very poor experience there on a Friday night with some guy behind the counter. He was being an extreme drama queen about not having a fork for his food and 5 seconds later not being hungry anymore. He was consistently cursing with every sentence that poured out his mouth. Very unprofessional and his character didn’t match the look of the store. The store on the other hand was very well decorated and elegant, clean and very browse friendly. The staff didn’t make it comfortable enough for me as he had to yell at me in the back that in order to stay in the booths, you have to pay which he could have told me when I entered the store. Not even getting a chance to enter into a booth, I feel uncomfortable. His attitude stunk and didn’t make it a friendly place to shop so I left. Terrible experience but a very nice store.

I have been coming to pleasure zone for at least 20 years now, and I have never had a bad experience here. I'm always treated with respect.. whether im purchasing something or just getting the $5 in tokens to go back to the video booths which have a large selection of videos playing. There's parking in the back with a rear entrance for privacy and discretion so you don't have to be afraid of your neighbors seeing you coming in or out of the store. Everything in the store is sold at a reasonable price, and if you need help someone is always there to help you without making you feel awkward.

Spent bunches of money here and shoes I wore for literally an hour that were over 90$ broke and when I came in the girl at the front desk acted like she didn't know what a receipt was. What? I'm sorry but did the girl behind the counter that is in charge of the CASH register, takes people's credit cards and money, including bagging dildos and butt plugs doesn't know what a RECEIPT is?!?!?Poor customer service , however the women that is the manager I believe named Terry is very nice and always accommodating and helpful. That is the only reason I give this place a two star.
