So I called last night and the lady said I could call in the morning and talk to someone. Meanwhile I can't find my receipt,. So I called this morning and was told to bad cuz I lost my receipt ( which I always keep my receipts, literally lost it), and was told to try new batteries, it still doesn't work right. Like really you all could just swap it out for another one of the same scale that works and send the broken one back. Because you're selling broken merchandise. But no you all want to just rob me of $20, seriously. Won't go back there and will let everyone I know about this too. Sad, losing business of $20's. Don't misplace or lose your receipt, because you'll be out your money and merchandise..

Jun 22, 2024 · Stephanie Aylesonly good thing about it is it’s open 24hrs. majority of staff is very unfriendly and undereducated about vaping accessories—which doesn’t really make sense to me at all. last time i went there one of the cashiers was so blantantly rude to me for no reason —and it was after she tried to upsell me on a product that i ended up buying!...that DEFINITELY will be my last time there😂
