Night Dreams

I stopped in today and felt really uneasy shopping. Since the new management took over, there’s been a lot of horseplay and random people behind the counter who don’t appear to be staff. It no longer feels like a professional or welcoming environment, and it made the shopping experience uncomfortable.

I came to nine dreams in College Park around 6 o’clock tonight because I needed A last minute outfit for an event and I had a budget. Making the slection Was Extremely difficult, not because of a orice Issue but because of so many selections and unbelievable amazing price this store offer for Extremely great quality products. I walked to the register to pay and my total came to be, a little over $200.00 dollar, and to my surprise the manger said no worries I’ll discounted and your new total is now $159.60. I could not believe what I heard, I thank her and when I paid with my Apple Pay Credit card, the system would not accept that form of payment and she asked me if I had any other form of payment and I said no, and without any hesitation she said to me, I feel how important you need this outfit for you're event tonight. So take it with you and just bring The payment when you get your physical card and gave my merchandise. I was in complete shock fwitn what she did for me. So I wanted her to take my drivers license Information and her reply was, no I don’t need all that’s, just give me your name and number and that’s fine. This was a serendipity moment for me. I could not believe that she put my needs before the need of the business. Never in my entire life have I heard from Anyone of such quality customer service. I can’t find the words to describe this amazing experience. I actually thought it was a dream I was having. Night dream has earn my business and respect and everyone I know and see will hear about night dreams do become a Reality at this store. Angel thank you for putting that trust in me, when You know nothing about me. Thank you for what you did. You made my dream Possible and because of your authentic And sincerest empathy, I will be walking to my event in style. You have earn my respect.

Incredible selection for men’s harness and lingerie! Not many spots have a good selection for men’s wear but this spot does! Highly recommend and the staff is super helpful and fun!

I visited this place for the first time while down to see my partner. We had a VERY positive first-time experience. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and our IDs verified. We were then told where we could find the things we might want to search for. Shortly after arrival we'd had some specific questions and the staff directed us to someone they had working there that was a specialist in the subject. She walked us through all of our options, any safety concerns or questions we had, and directed us to products that would not only enhance our experience, but would be safe to enjoy ourselves with. Not once did it feel like we were being pushed or pressured into spending as much as we could. Every step of the experience felt like we were being guided towards a more exciting and better place by people who were genuinely interested and knowledgable about the things they were selling. This is an AMAZING shop and while my partner has moved 45 min away, we'll be making the trip back there the next time I'm down. Thank you for providing a safe, clean, and well-stocked place staffed by amazing people. To anyone reading this review: This place is worth any amount of extra drive. This place is worth spending your time and money on.

O. M. G! Cat was so, so helpful. I needed something very specific and she knocked it out of the park. She even found me matching handcuffs! Angel was sweet as well. Def my fav shop I've been to and I'll be coming back.
