My lady and I went in and purchased a toy. We brought it home and as soon as we opened it, it was clear that this toy was already used. It had an odor and lube all over it. We went to return it and the clerk refused. I spoke with the owner over the phone and was treated with nothing but disrespect. I left the toy there and refused the store credit that I was offered. As soon as I got home, the police were waiting for me and my lady. The clerk claimed that I assaulted her. Of course nothing came from this because there was no assult. I would strongly advise that Noone give this store any business. The toys are dirty and the customer service is absolutely awful. These people are dirty thieves.

store is dope the guy was rly nice, inside was good energy and it was a quick and easy experience, there werent a lot of people when we went it felt private and safe which felt rly nice to by honest i really want mvc merch like a lanyard or something bc the vibe of this store is iconic and awesome

Terrible customer service.i was just buying a bowl. Went in today and a skinny lady with black hair, light skin made me feel uncomfortable and i then i told her i was leaving. She gave me a smart remark on my way out the door, So i took to voicing how i felt. She then immediately yelled at me to get out, cut me right off mid sentence. Well two people can be childish. I asked for all the information of the store. She them slammed her hand on the glass counter and told me to get out like a crazy 4 year old . It shocked me. Of course i was offended by the aggression. I followed her lead and i told her to call the police ( she threatened first)... So if u want to avoid a terrible experience stay away from here or if u get her name, plz help this store because if her employer would have seen this she would not be there after the way she conducted herself today

I was there yesterday Dec.09.21 at about 8:07pm The OPEN sign was on and door also open, As soon as I got in the lady told me in a rude way you have to leave the store is closed, I stopped right by the door and said no problem but as I m here can I ask you a quick question about an item that I m looking for or just give me your business card I will search in your website, she started walking toward the door where I was standing at the same time saying ”” I m not giving you any and that you have to get out of here “” OMG The way her face was I really feet scared she may do to me something. Why ? it’s not my fault that the door was open. She could say sorry I cant do anything come back tomorrow. I really need the owner to respond and call me This is clearly rude and not respectful and it raise to discrimination and I will follow up with this matter . Al

I purchased a $25 toy for my friends for Christmas as a gag gift. Buyer beware. Their products must be very old. We tried to turn it on, after batteries of course, and nothing. When I called to see if we can swap it, I was told it’s after 7 days and that I didn’t buy a warranty. A warranty for a $25 product that’s allegedly new? It’s bad business. I wanted to give a brick and mortar store business but instead I’m realizing I should have just purchased through amazon. Tisk, tisk.
