I was referred to Luisa by my doctor. My doctor said he recommends all his clients to Luisa. I was very uneasy about going to therapy. As a Mexican man I'm not used to talk about my problems. I keep things to myself. But Luisa made it very comfortable to talk about what I'm dealing. Luisa is caring, easy to talk to, and direct. She gave me homework and it took me some time to be consistent with her advice. I'm not going to lie, it's a process. Trust her! She will help guide the process but you have to do the work. Therapy with Luisa was definitely the best investment I've made in myself. I usually go to the office after work. After a stressful day I find the office to be very comfortable and relaxing. Parking is very convenient and there's plenty. I highly recommend Luisa!
