She brought up the past and it brought back resentment, anger between our relationship and made it worse. You can spend years of council in going into the past or just move forward to the solution. She emphasized for me to not interrupt. Then when I said I had a problem with the way she was doing, going into the past, she interrupted me 3-4 times because she didn’t want to hear what she did. Two sessions was enough. I think maybe she should read the five LOVE languages. Do we want to find a solution to our problems ? Or relive them over and over?
