I absolutely love this place. So friendly and welcoming and understanding. Nicole is absolutely incredible. I went in a few months ago to look around. I'll be honest, I was looking for things for myself (I secretly cross dress in private). Nicole came up to me and asked if I needed any help. She must have instinctively knew I was looking for myself and in such a welcoming tone asked if I was looking for myself. I have never admitted it to anyone, but because of her comforting and welcoming demeanor I just came out and said yes. She smiled and immediately made me feel even more comfortable and helped me pick out some things and allowed me to try them on. Found a perfect teddy thanks to her help. I will absolutely definitely be coming back soon for me and will definitely continue to be open while shopping thanks to Nicole.

The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. They provided excellent recommendations and were very respectful and discreet. The quality of the products is top-notch, and I found exactly what I was looking for. I told her where I work and she just stared at me like I didn’t belong in there or wearing her outfits.. Maia and Bea are AMAZING
