The shining 5-star reviews you see here are not from actual customers. I bought a Bliss Shaft Rider from this merchant. The box was sealed so there was no way for me to test the device before I purchased it. I got home, charged it and pushed the power button...nothing. They sold me a broken (or defective) toy for $87.59. I took it back the next day, well within 24 hours after purchase. Their website states they will take returns of defective products if you contact them within 24 hours. The clerk refused to accept the return stating "We don't accept returns, ever." When I pushed he said I would have to speak to the owners and they are unavailable and he has no idea when they will be available. Before leaving I had the clerk test the device himself. He confirmed it is defective and still refused to accept the return. I contacted them through their website, per the instructions on the website, a couple hours after I purchased the defective device and still have not heard back from them over 2 weeks later. Take my advice, avoid this place. Their markup is at least 800%, Amazon has better quality devices, better selection and waaaay better prices. ********Response to Owner********** The receipt was not the issue as I had and still have my receipt. I showed it to the clerk, he had no interest in it. I am not convinced you never received an email from me and doesn't it just feel gross to respond to a review/complaint by lying about it so that you can hold on to $87.00? I mean, seriously? Your integrity is worth less than $87.00? As you already know, it is the policy of your store to refuse to refund, exchange or in any other manner rectify any situation such as this which would require you to return funds to a customer. You are running a shady operation, just own that. Think of how great it will feel to be able to just be yourself and not need to lie to the people who read this review.

Mar 27, 2024 · Steph GStaff is super sweet and doesn't make u feel uncomfortable or out of place. Definitely a judgement free zone. Tons and tons of product at really really good prices. Not from LA but I'm happy with my I've all experience. We will definitely be back.

Really funny and put me at ease. The prices are great and the have a great selection of items. I was pretty amazed!! Lingerie to adult toys to novelties and beyond. Frankly what really impressed me was the staff, really funny and had me on the floor rolling in laughter. Just put a person at ease. I'm DEFINITELY going here again
