Adam & Eve

Extremely disappointed. I usually love shopping on Adam and Eve's website. Unfortunately my little pink friend died and I was driving through the area and thought I would just stop in the regular store. There wasn't a ton of options But I figured I could still find something. I asked the lady on the front desk the compatibility of the bullet I had picked out with my old one and she said that they were almost exactly the same. Well that could be further from the truth!! An electric toothbrush is more powerful than this thing when I paid $50 for it. I can't afford to just go buy another one so I guess I'm just out of luck. Horrible customer service.... Definitely won't go back.

In general the place was nice. It was an overall comfortable environment, and the music really helped lol. I personally thought the staff and clientele were rather funny, helpful, and not judgmental. The storage generally has what people would normally want, but the more popular items can sell out very quickly. Everything is also extremely pricey, many things may cost double at that store, then on an online store. So take that warning into account. There may be other sex stores that could be better or worse than this one.

Bean (adelene) and j-lo (Jay) were so beyond helpful, anticipating our needs, offering kind judgement free assistance every step of the way. Such a beautiful collection for both pain and pleasure and amazing help. This was our first time in a sex shop and we walked away so much happier and content than expected.

I rarely do google reviews but I didn’t think finding vibrating panties was going to be some of the best customer service I have ever received. The blonde girl showed me multiple options from varying price ranges, but maximized the sale by highlighting the key features of the higher end products and recommending fun extras. The couple working at the counter were extremely nice, welcoming, and make you feel very comfortable. At the end of the day I ended up walking out spending over double my budget and satisfied with that and the products I received. This interaction has without a doubt swayed me away from online shopping, I will definitely be a loyal customer and recommend this store to all my kinky community friends.

I was just here yesterday looking to purchase 2 items, I knew what I wanted, just needed help locating the items in the store that would best suit my needs. I asked a store employee for assistance and she told me what I was looking for would be over $150, as if I wouldn’t be able to afford it. As if that wasn’t rude enough, she continued to work replacing items on a shelf and told me that she’d be with me in a minute. She never came to help. I ended up leaving the store. She never moved from her spot. I was the only one in the store at the time. Before leaving I approached her, and she told me again that what I was looking for was expensive. You’d think being a sales associate she’d be more eager to make that sale. I plan on going to Amazing instead to make my purchase, and will not return to your store based on my experience. For the record I was in the store 4/3/2019 around 4pm. The associate was a larger woman with brown hair up in a bun.
